We’re looking for an ambitious, structured, and relentless SDR to join our B2B sales team in the USA and help us expand our client base among mid-sized and large enterprises. This is not just about calls it’s about strategy, ownership, and results.
Job requirements
Your Mission:
- Generate & Qualify Leads: Build pipeline through multichannel outreach initiatives to enterprise stakeholders;
- Book Qualified Meetings: Own top-of-funnel KPIs, schedule meetings, assess fit, and prepare Account Executives with insights;
- Multi-Channel Strategy: Use personalized messaging across channels. Test, learn, iterate;
- CRM Hygiene & Reporting: Log interactions, manage opportunities, and report metrics;
- Market Feedback: Act as the eyes and ears of the market. Share insights to improve positioning, outreach, and collateral.
You Are:
- 1–3 years in SDR, BDR, or inside sales, ideally in B2B SaaS, consulting, or IT services;
- Hunter mentality, you don’t wait, you act;
- Fearless on the phone, persuasive over email, and effective on LinkedIn;
- Process-driven with high discipline in CRM usage;
- Tech-savvy and eager to learn, from AI tools to legacy systems challenges and basics;
- Motivated by growth, impact, and getting deals moving.
